Conditions of reservations

Key collection will be made exclusively in our offices in c / Encamp, 29, Pas de la Casa from 16h00 and 19h before. We don’t have night reception. Any arrival outside office hours (or summer Sundays) will be notified by e-mail or telephone. Real estate is not liable for the additional costs generated by not respecting reception hours.

Cancellation conditions:

+ 30 days before arrival 70 euros – between 30 and 8 days 50% – from 7 days 100%.
